DRIZA – FROM LOVE TO THE COURTS

Here in my homeland, there is no shortage of incredible stories that move us deeply and genuinely — precious accounts that should never be forgotten. And although Driza: From Love to the Law Courts did not take place on Brazilian soil, it is the journey of a Brazilian woman. A woman who showed the world the strength of standing by her truth and proved that, in the end, fighting is always worth it.

When I first learned of her journey, every detail captivated me. Changing one’s life is something every human being

longs for, but Driza’s greatest achievement was pursuing that goal with righteousness and honesty. Divine justice never fails

those who walk in truth — something that was categorically proven in court. In the beginning, she faced a lonely war. Yet, as the facts came to light, allies emerged to help her win her cause. Driza fought fear, prejudice, slander, and defamation fuelled by a rival blinded by jealousy — someone who believed her schemes would go unpunished.

The romance throughout this journey confronts us with a harsh truth: things do not always turn out as we dream.
