In the village of Atzúv, people have learned to walk with their heads bowed. The wind seems to carry the weight of the world, and even the children play in silence.
By the riverbank, in a small mud hut, lives Lian—a boy with a big heart and a gaze far too troubled for his years. His mother is ill, and the garden she once loved so dearly has withered, just like everything else around them.
One afternoon, when he has no strength left, Lian does the only thing he still knows how to do: he cries and prays. And that is when something inexplicable happens. A visitor with white hair and eyes like fire appears, holding in the palm of his hand a tiny golden seed that glows as if it contained an entire sun.
But there is a secret: this seed does not grow like other seeds. Can a boy so small take care of something so great? And what might happen to an entire village when a single seed decides to sprout?
One seed is enough. But it only begins to grow in the one who chooses to plant it.
