Emilly was the daughter of a German Army Colonel and lived in the center of Berlin, Germany, at the beginning of World War II, amidst a Military and Nazi regime.

A simple and courageous young woman, she decided to defy all established rules by rescuing a child who had been abandoned to her fate, hiding her, and soon turning her home into a secret shelter for children—victims of an unjust and cruel war.

Crossing dangerous paths, risking her life, breaking all the rules, and fighting against every challenge, she faced complicated loves and became lost in emotions and conflicts during a time when selfishness and hatred surfaced.
