The First Heaven
The first heaven, where the glory of the pentagram dwells — that is, the glory of man who shines in the first heaven. Yet despite all the recognition, flattery, and applause, it is a fleeting glory that, with time, will fall like a meteor and disintegrate in the atmosphere.
Many of the world’s celebrated figures — whether in politics, art, or any other realm that glorifies human action — will not remain forever in this first heaven. For their glory is temporary.
Even Hollywood’s famous boulevard, with its attempts to immortalize people through stars, monuments, and plaques in public squares, will one day fade into oblivion. The memorials that once honored these figures will remain somewhere, in some forgotten corner — mere tributes to past deeds soon to be forgotten.
Even if crowned with awards and mentioned in history books, they will still be far from eternity.
The first heaven, though it shines for a moment, will dim, fade, and cease to reflect its glory.
In this book, we will analyze the glory of the first heaven — the heaven of the masked ego.
The ego that is deceived by the ephemeral.
